    First Date:
    Second Date:
    1. Appointments are permitted strictly based on the availability of the concerned faculty.
    2. Appointment should be taken at least 3 days in advance. Same-day appointments will not be permitted.
    3. First Date and Second Date should be at least 24 hours apart.
    4. The appointment date and time will be confirmed over a phone call/WhatsApp only then parent/guardian can meet the concerned faculty.
    5. Appointments are permitted only on school working dates and within school time.
